Underwater views of Moyo Island

Several fine dive sites lie along the west coast of Moyo in the Flores Sea. With Amanwana we sampled Panjang reef, Labu Aji reef, Turtle street and Angel reef. Photos taken with a Nikonus-V camera and Ektachrome 100 film. Also visit our Diving photo Website.

Tridacna sp. detail. Giant clams abound in the waters around Moyo. Their soft mantles present brilliant iridescent colors when fully extended (shown here partially retracted).
